  • Guests have a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel for a 100% refund. 

    Guests who decide to cancel after the 24-hour grace period will result in a 75% refund.

    Guests who decide to cancel same day of their scheduled tour will result in a 100% forfeit of balance paid.  

  • Tours operate select Friday and Saturday Nights. (Please see schedule)

    Office hours are Monday – Saturday 10AM – 7PM

    Closed on Sundays.

  • RTC has a NO REFUND policy due to negligence, and will only process a refund or credit if the company is at fault or unable to provide the services purchased other than stated above in the Cancellation Policy. (Acts of God, Inclement weather, vehicle issues & maintenance, and host/hostess emergencies.) 

    Credited tours may be offered on a case by case basis. Missing the tour due to tardiness, same-day cancellations, or a lost ID are not eligible for refund or credit.

  • Guests are required to meet at the first location, which also serves as the drop-off location at the end of the tour. Upon arrival, tour participants will check in with the host/hostess and receive their wristband(s).  Guests will have the opportunity to mingle and eat/drink with one another for 45 minutes. Guests will then load the party bus for transportation to the second venue including open bar and music (roughly a 20-minute ride). Guests will arrive and be escorted in at the 2nd location where they will have an hour to parlay before regrouping and heading to the final 3rd destination for the remainder of the night. The last location will mark the end of the tour, and guests will begin loading the bus at 1:45 AM to head back to the drop-off location to pick-up personal vehicles.

  • The average tour will begin around 9:15PM each night and go as late as 2:30AM. Average transit time between the venues will range between 15-25 minutes. Guest will average about an hour in each venue.

  • Each nightclub expects its guests to abide by their basic dress codes and regulations. Each club differs in its dress code requirements while some allow hats and boots, others do NOT. We suggest you follow these guidelines in order to get into ALL of the venues you paid for!

  • Wristbands help to differentiate RTC guest from regular patrons. In addition, wristbands mark the selection of open bar options during the ride. While on the bus there will be the choice between, a premium open bar or well open bar, guest make their selection during booking. If you would like to upgrade while on the tour, there will be a $20 upcharge.

  • Raleigh has been known for its diverse city fashion. We do suggest that you wear whatever you feel most conformable in (leave the PJs at home) but please remember that we are going to some of Raleigh’s most upscale venue and locations and you never know who might be there! Heels are highly encouraged, but it is okay if you prefer flats, or other dress shoes. The best part about the bus is, there will be minimal walking from entrance/exit of the venues and loading onto the bus.

  • Just remember the basics, NO hats, plain t-shirts, boots, flip flops, or sneakers. Most venues we visit require a collared shirt (dress shirt or polo shirt). Slacks/Khakis or Jeans are ok as long as they are not overly baggy. Shoes should be closed toed and clean.

  • No, you cannot provide your own alcohol on an RTC Tour, but openbar is included on the Party Bus rides in between venues.

    However, if you choose the full Party Bus rental option, then you are allowed to BYOB. This option does not include the All-inclusive open bar or a pre-planned itinerary.

  • No, there will be no smoking permitted on the bus. Most venues do not allow smoking inside, however they do allow smoking in designated outdoor areas.
